How to make each step count
When you walk and also fundraise, you are helping the almost 1 in 2 Australians impacted by cancer.
We thank you for fundraising for cancer research, prevention and support.
Our top tip is to make a self-donation, then share your page with friends and family so they can support you and your walk!
What to wear
We love seeing everyone's creative outfits on the day. Especially those people dedicating their walk.
We're excited to see what you have planned for this year!
We recommend clothing that is going to keep you cool and protect you from the sun.
Such as long sleeves and pants, broad brimmed hat, sunglasses and sunscreen.
We have free sunscreen all around the course.
What to bring
Water bottle, phone, wallet, snacks, rain jacket, headphones or bluetooth speaker for 7 Bridges Walk radio between villages. These will all need to be carried as there is no storage.
Water stations and food vendors plus great entertainment will be available at each village.
