Terms and Conditions – Complete the 7 Bridges Walk 2019 Survey for a chance to win!

  1. Instructions on how to enter the 7 Bridges Walk 2019 Survey promotion (the Promotion) form part of these conditions. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
  2. The promoter of this Promotion is The Cancer Council NSW (ABN 51 116 463 846), 153 Dowling St, Woolloomooloo, NSW 2011, (02) 9334 1900 (the Promoter). 
  3. The Promotion commences at 12.00am AEDT on Sunday 27th October 2019 and closes at 11.59pm on Monday 11th November 2019 (the Promotion Period).
  4. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, a survey respondent (Entrant) must complete and submit the 7 Bridges Walk 2019 Participant Survey and enter their email address at the end of the survey within the Promotion Period. To be eligible, the survey must be completed and submitted through the survey link sent by the Promoter to the Entrant via email. Entry is automatic. Only one entry is permitted per person.
  5. The Promotion is open to Australian residents only. If you are under 18, you need your parent’s or guardian’s permission to enter. Employees of Cancer Council Australia and of its members are ineligible to enter.
  6. This is a game of chance with no fee payable for entry. The winning entries will be determined by a random draw from the pool of Entrants who have completed the survey during the Promotion Period.
  7. The draw will be conducted at the Promoter’s head office at 12.00pm AEDT on Friday 15th November 2019. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The prizes are 2 x Teresa Cutter’s Healthy Cookbook Collection valued at AUD $99.95(RRP).

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. All prize values are the recommended retail price including GST (where applicable). The prize is not redeemable for cash. If a prize or element of a prize becomes unavailable, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then a comparable prize or prize element of equal or greater value will be awarded in lieu.

  1. The winners will be notified via e-mail from 12.00pm AEDT by Monday 18th November 2019 and must provide a postal address for the prize to be mailed.
  2. The prize will be posted within twenty one (21) days of the draw. If the winner does not provide an email address within 21 days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited by the winner. If a winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
  3. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries and shall not be liable for any loss, including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with participation in this competition or accepting or utilising a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
  5. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this Promotion and for other marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Collection Statement.
  6. The Promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions.
