How to take part


7 Bridges Walk is an annual fundraising event held in Sydney for Cancer Council NSW.

It was recently held on Sunday 20 October 2024.

1. Register and get tickets

First, choose a starting village. Next, select your start time and buy tickets to complete your registration.

Your fundraising page will be automatically created for you.

When you register and fundraise, you can win prizes and rewards.

2. Personalise and share your fundraising page

You can add a photo, dedicate your walk and set a fundraising target. Start sharing your page with your community to support your walk. 

All funds raised go towards Cancer Council’s life-saving cancer research, prevention and advocacy programs and support services, like our 13 11 20 Information and Support line.

3. Plan your day

Get excited! Get to know the course, accessibility information, free buses around the course and free transport to your starting village.

Check out the Village What's On Guide. We have an exciting program of music, food and fun entertainment at each of the 6 pop-up villages.

4. Enjoy the greatest walk of all!

Walk up to 28kms around scenic Sydney Harbour across the 7 bridges, stopping at the 6 pop-up villages.

Walk at your own pace with a community of people, all walking for the same cause - a cancer free future. Use our free event buses where you need to.
