I started this fundraiser as a way to do something meaningful for anyone who has been impacted by cancer, and in honour of the people I love who have been affected by cancer; some of my family members, who have both fought cancer and come through the other side, and my beloved friend and great Aunty, who sadly passed away after their journeys with cancer.

Cancer has touched my life in ways I never imagined. I have seen the strength, courage and resilience it takes to face cancer, and I have also experienced the heartbreak of losing someone so deeply loved.

As I take part in the 7 Bridges Walk, every one of those 28km will be walked with these incredible people in my heart. I’ll be walking in celebration of those who have overcome cancer, and in loving memory of those who are no longer here with us.

To my family members, your strength and courage inspire me more than you know. I’m so incredibly grateful that you are here, and I celebrate every day that you have come through this journey. 🤍

And to my beautiful friend, you will forever be remembered, forever loved, and forever a part of my heart. I’ll carry your memory with me every step of the way. 🤍

I’m walking for a cancer free future

I’m taking on 7 Bridges Walk on Sunday 25 October 2026 and will be uniting with the community to walk 28km around Sydney Harbour. 

Every year in NSW alone, more than 56,000 new cases of cancer are expected to be diagnosed and the impact on families, carers and communities is significant.
