I've conquered for Cancer Council

Less than a month to go

A big thank you to all who have supported me to reach my initial fundraising goal of $500.  However, with a month to go I believe that together we can push that figure up to $1000.  
Through speaking with cancer survivors it becomes clear how much support is needed in addition to the actual treatments.  Each dollar donated can make such a difference to the individual as well as overall research.
Keep an eye out for my preparation stories and donation progress.

Cancer impacts all

While very fortunate that my immediate family has not been subject to cancer challenges I see more and more of my friends and their family members affected.
As most of you are aware cancer has no boundaries. It  can find a home anywhere and manifests itself at anytime. While many of our friends have been diagnosed early enough to receive treatment there are those who are taken to soon. 
That is why I am happy to walk and raise money so we can identify risks earlier and develop cures for all

274 kids with a SunSmart education

10 calls to trained cancer professionals on 13 11 20

or

13 hours of a research assistant's time to work on research we fund
