Walking for My Family, and for a Cancer-Free Future 💛

As many of you know, on Sunday, 26 October, I’ll be taking part in the 7 Bridges Walk alongside a wonderful team of my closest friends. We’re walking to raise much needed funds to support the incredible organisation Cancer Council Australia and all the work they do, and to take a stand against cancer!

This walk means a lot to me, and to those I love. I’m walking not just for the cause, but for my own family.

Like so many others in our community, we’ve been directly impacted by cancer. I’m walking in honour of a family member who is currently braving this devastating disease, and for my entire family, who are facing the fear, heartbreak, and uncertainty that come with it.

My team and I are all walking together to honour the strength of those we’ve lost, to support those who are fighting, and to help build a future where fewer individuals and families have to go through this painful experience.

Every dollar raised goes directly towards Cancer Council’s vital work and will directly fund cancer research, prevention programs, and support services for people affected by cancer all across Australia.
