I've conquered for Cancer Council

Honouring My Mother In Law

It’s been a year since our family lost a beloved member to cancer—a journey filled with heartache, strength, and unforgettable memories. To honour their spirit and the fight they faced, we are taken on  a 7 Bridge Walk. This walk is more than just a tribute; it’s a step toward raising awareness, funding research, and supporting those currently undergoing treatment.

With every bridge we cross, every step we take, we walk for hope—the hope that future patients will have better outcomes, for strength—to support families navigating the challenges of cancer, and for a future where cancer no longer takes away the people we love.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for joining us in this mission, sharing in our remembrance, and walking together toward a brighter tomorrow. Your support means everything. 🙏

Hi All,

I’m excited to share that I successfully completed a 50km dog walk for cancer awareness throughout the month of June! It was such a rewarding experience, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who donated and supported me along the way. Your generosity means the world, and it inspires me to keep going.

I am now challenging myself again—this time to walk 28kms this October as part of Cancer Council’s 7 Bridges Walk. I would be so thankful for your support 💛 

Did you know that nearly 1 in 2 Australians will be affected by cancer in their lifetime? By raising funds for life-saving research, prevention programs, and support services, I’m doing my part to help change these numbers.

I’m walking for a cancer free future

I’m taking on 7 Bridges Walk on Sunday 25 October 2026 and will be uniting with the community to walk 28km around Sydney Harbour. 

Every year in NSW alone, more than 56,000 new cases of cancer are expected to be diagnosed and the impact on families, carers and communities is significant. 

Please sponsor me and help those affected by cancer. Every step counts because all funds raised will help Cancer Council NSW work towards the vision of a cancer free future. Thank you for your support!

So far this year I’ve helped provide:

166 kids with a SunSmart education

6 calls to trained cancer professionals on 13 11 20

8 hours of a research assistant's time to work on research we fund
