Why we walk
For the past seven years, we’ve walked 28km in the 7 Bridges Walk, not just to raise funds but to honour a life that meant the world to us.
Our journey began in 2018, when Aiyana, just 15 years old, was diagnosed with lung cancer. She fought her battle quietly yet bravely, with the same strength and spark she brought to everything she did.
In 2019, when Aiyana passed away, we continued walking in her memory and for all those impacted by cancer.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the 7 Bridges Walk. We’d love for you to join our team, walk with us, and celebrate the life of a girl who continues to inspire us every day.
