I've conquered for Cancer Council

Celebrating Gratitude

It’s been 15 years since I lost my best friend to cancer. 
It’s also been 15 years since I was told cancer would take my life. I’m grateful to be one of many (more and more as we fund to find a cure!!!) that has been given the opportunity to be here, to be alive and to make memories with all the people I love!
I’m 45, living my best life, grateful to be a mum, grateful to be a wife, grateful to my family, my friends, my work colleagues, and grateful that the treatments and medication that I have been able to access over the last 15 years have helped me get to where I am! 
I am now medication free and I’m walking for all those who can’t. Thank you for your support x 

I’m walking for a cancer free future

I’m taking on 7 Bridges Walk on Sunday 26th October 2025 and will be uniting with the community to walk 28km around Sydney Harbour. 

Every year in NSW alone, more than 53,000 new cases of cancer are expected to be diagnosed and the impact on families, carers and communities is significant. 

Please sponsor me and help those affected by cancer. Every step counts because all funds raised will help Cancer Council NSW work towards the vision of a cancer free future. Thank you for your support!

So far this year I’ve helped provide:

673 kids with a SunSmart education

25 calls to trained cancer professionals on 13 11 20

33 hours of a research assistant's time to work on research we fund
