Why I’m Walking the 7 Bridges

Cancer has touched the lives of so many people around me. Some are fighting. Some are surviving. And heartbreakingly, some are no longer with us. It’s a reminder that cancer doesn’t discriminate, and it’s a fight far too many of us are familiar with.

That’s why I’ve signed up for the 7 Bridges Walk to raise money for the Cancer Council and support the vital work they do in research, prevention, and patient care.

I know times are tough, and not everyone can give big. But honestly, even just $1 can help. Every dollar adds up. Every step I take is for someone I know and maybe someone you know, too.

I’m walking for a cancer free future

I’m taking on 7 Bridges Walk on Sunday 26th October 2025 and will be uniting with the community to walk 28km around Sydney Harbour. 

Every year in NSW alone, more than 53,000 new cases of cancer are expected to be diagnosed and the impact on families, carers and communities is significant. 

Please sponsor me and help those affected by cancer. Every step counts because all funds raised will help Cancer Council NSW work towards the vision of a cancer free future. Thank you for your support!
