I've conquered for Cancer Council

Getting ready for Sunday!

After many months of a niggling foot injury and lots of inactivity I am hoping that it has healed enough and I’ve done enough foot physio and exercises to be able to walk well on Sunday. I’ve walked the parkrun 6 times since starting that last month so am at least a bit fitter than I was! The rest of the family is raring to go, bar one who’s definitely out due to injury.

I’m walking for a cancer free future

I’m taking on 7 Bridges Walk on Sunday 25 October 2026 and will be uniting with the community to walk 28km around Sydney Harbour.

Every year in NSW alone, more than 56,000 new cases of cancer are expected to be diagnosed and the impact on families, carers and communities is significant.
