Week 11 Training in Blue Mountains National Park

9 km trek on Blue Gum Swamp Trail, in search of waratahs..... and was not disappointed!

Week 10 - Great Northern Walk

18km part of the Great Northern Walk from Thornleigh to Lane Cove National Park

Week 9 - Only 3 weeks to go, and training is on track

12.5km coastal walk starting from The Gap at Watsons Bay on the Coastal Cliff Walk via Macquarie Lighthouse, Vaucluse, Dover Heights, and onto Bondi Beach. Continued on the Bondi Coastal Walk via Bronte to finish at Coogee Beach (see picture gallery after the October training Guide).

Week 8 Training from Mona Vale to Manly

17km Coastal Walk from Mona Vale golf course to Manly Wharf

Week 7 Training at Blue Mountains National Park

Training is ahead of schedule with a 12.8km return hike to Faulconbridge Point Lookout

I’m walking for a cancer free future

I’m taking on 7 Bridges Walk on Sunday 26th October 2025 and will be uniting with the community to walk 28km around Sydney Harbour. 

Every year in NSW alone, more than 53,000 new cases of cancer are expected to be diagnosed and the impact on families, carers and communities is significant. 

Please sponsor me and help those affected by cancer. Every step counts because all funds raised will help Cancer Council NSW work towards the vision of a cancer free future. Thank you for your support!
