I've conquered for Cancer Council
In honour of my cousin
On Sunday 25 October 2026, I'll be taking on the 7 Bridges Walk, walking 28km around Sydney Harbour in memory of my cousin Mark, who sadly passed away last year at just 47 from a rare and aggressive cancer.
This walk is my way of honouring his memory while supporting the incredible work of Cancer Council NSW. Cancer affects far too many people, and almost every one of us knows someone whose life has been touched by it.
Every donation, big or small, will help fund vital cancer research, prevention programs, support services, and advocacy for people affected by cancer.
Mark loved music, so I'll be carrying his memory with me every step of the way, powered by a playlist inspired by friends, family, and supporters.
Thank you for helping me make a difference. Together, we can support those impacted by cancer today and work towards a future where fewer families have to experience its devastating impact.
So far this year I’ve helped provide:
995 kids with a SunSmart education
38 calls to trained cancer professionals on 13 11 20
49 hours of a research assistant's time to work on research we fund
