In the face of heartbreak, doing nothing isn’t an option

When one of your closest friends loses their little girl to the cruel grip of cancer, it shatters your world. You're left feeling helpless — because the truth is, nothing can take away their pain. Nothing can bring her back.

But in the face of that heartbreak, doing nothing isn’t an option.

This is my small way of fighting back. Of standing with those who’ve lost. Of helping to build a future where no family has to experience this kind of loss.

It may seem like a small effort — but small things, when shared, grow into something powerful. If we can save one life, we can save many.

I’m walking for a cancer free future…again!

I’m taking on 7 Bridges Walk on Sunday 26th October 2025 and will be uniting with the community to walk 28km around Sydney Harbour. 

Every year in NSW alone, more than 53,000 new cases of cancer are expected to be diagnosed and the impact on families, carers and communities is significant.
