I've conquered for Cancer Council
This year's walk
It's that time of year again for the 28km walk. This will be the 2nd year in a row disappointingly I'm unable to participate in the walk. I've had a knee injury at work earlier this year that I'm sourcing a 2nd opinion on the best way to move forward. HOWEVER.., this all all about fundraising to help those and their families doing their best dealing with Cancer.I recently learnt of a much loved colleague currently having chemo. At this stage for privacy details I will not share his name, but he is in good spirits.
So this year while I'm unable to walk 28km I will offer 28days alcohol free instead to keep your kind donations flowing.
Let's get this show on the road.
