I've conquered for Cancer Council
My Personal Journey
October last year I was given the news that I had breast cancer. I couldn’t believe it. It has been only 10 months but I have gone through so much in that time. Chemo, surgery recovery it’s been hectic, I am blessed to have had the best doctors and treatment plan. I am still having treatment but I am blessed to say I am cancer free!I’m walking for a cancer free future
I’m taking on 7 Bridges Walk on Sunday 22 October 2023 and will be uniting with the community to walk 28km around Sydney Harbour.
Every year in NSW alone, more than 53,000 new cases of cancer are expected to be diagnosed and the impact on families, carers and communities is significant.
