We’re walking for a cancer free future
We’re taking on 7 Bridges Walk on Sunday 25 October 2026 and will be uniting with the community to walk 28km around Sydney Harbour.
Every year in NSW alone, more than 56,000 new cases of cancer are expected to be diagnosed and the impact on families, carers and communities is significant.

9 calls to trained cancer professionals on 13 11 20
12 hours of a research assistant's time to work on research we fund

Seven Bridges, One Purpose Rachel and Mitch joined the team, The Adelaide Bridge Inspectors, proud and keen. With a challenge ahead and a cause close to heart, They stepped up together, ready to do their part. Their mission would lead them to Sydney's shore, To walk seven bridges and inspire much more. Across harbour crossings, both famous and grand, They'd travel with purpose, hand in hand. Each step would help raise vital funds, Supporting the work that Cancer Council has begun. Funding research, care, and support each day, Helping more people find hope along the way. Through sunshine and wind, across water so blue, Rachel and Mitch kept their goal in view. For every donation and every stride, A cancer-free future drew closer in sight. Seven bridges connected by courage and care, By a vision of a world where cancer is rare. And with their team beside them, strong and true, They showed what determined hearts can do. So here's to Rachel and Mitch on their way, Making a difference with each passing day.
