I’m walking for a cancer free future
I’m taking on the 7 Bridges Walk on Sunday 27 October and will be uniting with the community to walk 28km around Sydney Harbour.
This cause is very special to our family and friends. Our team leader, my sister-in-law Connie (Cooch) faught a long and hard battle with Cancer. She started Team Cooch in 2011, the year she was diagnosed, and year by year Team Cooch has grown and more funds raised for the Cancer Council to help find a cure for this horrible disease. This is our second year walking withour our fearless leader Connie, but we will continue to walk and do all we can to assist other families who are impacted by cancer. Every year in NSW alone, more than 46,000 new cases of cancer are expected to be diagnosed and the impact on families, carers and communities is significant.
If you can I would greatly appreciate your sponsorship. Any amount will assist and help those affected by cancer. Every step counts because all funds raised will help Cancer Council work towards the vision of a cancer free future. Thank you for your support! Kathryn : )
