COURSE SPLITS
There are two decision points along the way where the course splits and you have the option to choose which path to take:
DECISION 1
Decision point at Riverview Street/ Tambourine Bay Road, Riverview
Choose to take the bushwalk dirt track through Tambourine Bay Reserve (mobility restricted & grade medium) or continue along the footpath via Flaumont Avenue and Carranya Road to Warraroon Road (accessible). The bush track is approximately 300m longer.
DECISION 2
Decision point at Lane Cove Village
Choose to take the bushwalk dirt track through Gore Creek Reserve (mobility restricted & grade medium) or continue along the footpath by crossing Northwood Road onto River Road, following course signs to re-join with the bushwalk route at Gore Street (accessible). Both routes are approximately the same distance.
VILLAGES
There will be six Villages around the course that you must pass through to complete the walk. Each of the Villages will provide information, first aid, water, toilets plus food, refreshments, and entertainment. You will have your Event Passport stamped at the end of each bridge and at your starting village when you complete the full course.
Toilet and water facilities in between Villages are marked on the course map.

NB: there are bus stops located near to each of the six Villages as well as three additional bus stops (points 3, 5 & 7) on both sides of the road. In some cases they are not directly opposite each other, and more information is available at each of the Villages.
