Terms & Conditions

I, the registered participant, as a condition of acceptance of my entry in the Seven Bridges Walk, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, hereby waive all and any claim, right or cause of action which they or I might otherwise have arising out of loss of my life or injury, damage or loss of any description whatsoever which I may suffer or sustain in the course of or consequent upon my entry or participation in the said event.

This waiver, release and discharge applies to all persons, corporations and bodies involved or otherwise engaged in promoting or staging the event and the agents, representatives and officers of them. This waiver, release and discharge operates whether or not the loss, injury or damage is attributable to negligence or other act of omission of any one or more of those parties.

To the best of my knowledge, I am not suffering from any condition that would prevent and/or render me unfit to participate in this event.

I will additionally permit the free use of my name and pictures in broadcast, telecast and print.

I agree to abide by the event rules and any other instructions as indicated by the organisers.

I agree that should the event be cancelled or that I do not enter for any reason any entry fees or donations will not be refunded and no liability will be attached to the organisers.

I acknowledge that the organiser of the event reserves the right to reject my entry form and/or exclude me from participating in the event in its absolute discretion.

I agree to receive and pay for medical treatment including transport by ambulance, which is considered by the organisers to be advisable which is provided to me at the request or direction of the organisers before, during or after the event.

I, being the competitor, have read and agree to these terms and conditions and give my permission for my contact details to be entered into a database and used by a third party.

I agree that if I am entering on behalf of a team or another individual, I have briefed all team participants of the above and they agree to all items within this declaration.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood and accept this agreement.

Please note that the Seven Bridges Walk does not provide refunds for donations given to the event charities.

All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
