with less than two weeks to go until the annual Cancer Council Seven Bridges Walk it's time register for a big day out with the family at 7bridgeswalk.com.au to join the thousands already set for a great family day out around Sydney Harbour. Participants can walk all, or a portion of the 27km clockwise course, which crosses the seven bridges of the harbour. Participants are encouraged to raise funds for Cancer Council NSW. Statistics show that one in two Australians will experience cancer by the age of 85. But 30 per cent of all cancers can be prevented by a healthy diet and regular exercise including walking. Walkers can create a fundraising page or make a donation that will go to vital cancer research, prevention, information and support services. in When: Sunday October M, 7.30am-4 .30prn Where!
