Seven's Mark Ferguson and Cancer Council's Andrew Penman will be walking for charity Take one giant step for charity BRITTANY STACK SEVEN'S newsreader Mark Ferguson will swap suit and tie for shorts and a pair of joggers to take part in this year's Cancer Council NSW Seven Bridges Walk. He told The Sunday Telegraph the October 30 event is a "great day out for the whole family". "There is no pressure to tackle the entire route," he said. "Free transport around the course means everyone can get active." Organisers expect up to 15,000 participants to walk all or part of the 27km course which crosses Sydney's seven most famous bridges, including the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Pyrmont, Anzac, Iron Cove, Gladesville, Tarban Creek and Fig Tree bridges. Participants are encouraged to donate towards cancer research, prevention and support services.
